Crosscheck Networks, Inc., a global leader in API Testing, Simulation, & AI enabled Gateway technologies based in Needham, MA, seeks an AI Engineer with the following duties:

• Architect and deploy production-grade AI agent systems and multi-agent pipelines that automate complex business processes across enterprise workflows in the highly regulated healthcare insurance domain.
• Engineer advanced agentic RAG pipelines with enterprise search integration, large-scale document ingestion, retrieval optimization, and context-aware reasoning to support knowledge management at scale.
• Develop specialized agents for business automation spanning document processing, productivity tools, version control, project management, and content generation systems.
• Design and maintain containerized AI infrastructure services with structured logging, traceability, observability, and production monitoring to ensure deterministic, auditable agent behavior.
• Implement compliance-aligned execution patterns, search indexing optimization, and analytics dashboards to meet regulatory audit requirements in high-volume enterprise environments.
• Standardize tool-calling patterns, back-end interfaces, and agent output schemas to improve reliability, consistency, and response quality across the full AI infrastructure stack.
• Optimize and scale the enterprise AI agent stack to support high-volume, multi-tenant agent deployments across thousands of users, enabling reliable orchestration, low-latency execution, and production-grade automation at enterprise scale.

Requires: Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Software Engineering, or equiv.
